Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days after receiving your package.

To qualify:

🛡️ You must provide a clear photo or video showing the issue

🛡️ You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot refund:

👉 Orders reported after the 7-day period

👉 Items damaged due to normal wear

👉 Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

How Refunds Work

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
